I'm also going to take the time to take note of how many times I've used the general phrase "BOSS BATTLE TIME". I plan to have a full count in the last post after the Final Fantasy XIII thoughts. That's still a ways off of course, but I can dream now! There will also be a total number of hours posted near the top to show how many man hours went into completing my task. - Overall Favorites -
- 1st Place - Final Fantasy IX
- 2nd Place - Final Fantasy X
- 3rd Place - Final Fantasy VIII
- Surprisingly Great - Final Fantasy V
- Most Disappointing - Final Fantasy II
- Why? You may have thought I'd have chosen FFXIII, but realistically, I was more disappointed with FFII overall. The level up system was interesting enough, but it was very easy to screw up your party. Putting anybody in the back row seems like a terrible idea if done for too long. The random-osity of leveling your stats can sometimes seem... well random. HP and MP are literally based on chance.
And here ends Organized Fantasy.
